Deanna Hansen

Certified Athletic Therapist • Creator of Fluid Isometrics & Block Therapy

Deanna Hansen is a Certified Athletic Therapist with over 20 years of clinical experience. Through her work with thousands of patients, she discovered the critical role fascia plays in chronic pain, poor posture, and disease.

With more than 50,000 hours working directly with fascia, Deanna developed Fluid Isometrics and Block Therapy — a self-care practice based on fascia decompression that helps people relieve chronic pain, support detoxification, and improve overall health using simple techniques they can do at home.

Her mission is to educate as many people as possible about the importance of fascia health and empower them with tools and knowledge to take charge of their own well-being.

The Method

What is Fascia Decompression?

Fascia is the connective tissue that wraps every muscle, organ, and cell in your body. Over time — from sitting, stress, injury, and gravity — it compresses and develops adhesions that restrict blood flow, nerve signals, and lymphatic drainage.

Fascia decompression uses your body weight and a therapeutic tool to create sustained pressure that releases these adhesions. Combined with proper breathing, it restores space for everything to flow again.
